Chicken Stir Fry

A quick and simple dish- just the way we like it!

Prep & Cooking Time: 30 mins
Portions can be amended accordingly to suit the number of people.


  • Egg Noodles 800g
  • 2 tbsp Clear Honey
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Lime x 2
  • Garlic
  • 4 tsp Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Ground Ginger
  • Coriander
  • Chicken Breasts x 4
  • Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • Vegetables eg Bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots and red onion


1: Heat the olive oil and after slicing the chicken breasts into strips squeeze the juice of one lime over the chicken, then stir fry.
2: Add garlic powder, ground ginger and black pepper to season- start with a sprinkle and taste, add more as desired.

3: Add your vegetables to the mix and stir.


4: Add honey and stir.


5: Add soy sauce and stir.


6: Add the egg noodles as well as more oil if needed, the coriander (or coriander leaves at the end to garnish) more soy sauce and more honey, also, squeeze the juice of the other lime over everything and then stir and serve. Sesame seeds can be added at this stage for an extra crunch 🙂
